Intended Audience: Superintendents & Assistant Superintendents, Principals & Assistant Principals, Teachers
Lunch: Provided each day
Registration: This event is hosted by Springfield Public Schools with seats available for GOCSD Members. Staff from Springfield Public Schools do not need to register through GOCSD.
Fee for GOCSD Members: $265 for both days, lunches included.
Limit: 100 seats available
Registration closes on May 9th.
Substitutions are encouraged as refunds will not be provided.

Join Springfield Public Schools as they host Lead Forward, a two-day event designed to support the needs of guiding coalitions for the greatest impact on student learning. There are 100 seats available for GOCSD Members to engage in learning from Solution Tree Keynote speakers focused on assessment, behavior, intervention and proficiency scales.

Cassie Erken
Cassandra Erkens is the author of eight books with more currently in progress, as well as chapters in several anthologies. Additionally, she is a facilitator, a trainer of trainers, an educator, and a coach. Her work focuses on educational topics, including assessment, instruction, leadership, school improvement, and professional learning communities.
John Hannigan
John Hannigan, EdD, is an author and speaker who has served in education for over 20 years as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and county office leadership coach. His expertise includes RTI at Work™, PLC at Work®, MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, social-emotional learning, and more.
Anthony Reibel
Anthony Reibel hails from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois and is the current assistant principal for teaching and learning. Anthony is also coauthor of several books: Proficiency-Based Assessment, Proficiency-Based Instruction, Proficiency-Based Grading in the Content Areas, and Pathways to Proficiency which explore the relationship between proficiency, pedagogy, and evidence-based grading.
Matthew Treadway
Matthew Treadway, EdD, is the former principal of Freedom Elementary School in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, where he led his staff in developing a collaborative culture centered on the three big ideas of a professional learning community.
