Why Attend?

FranklinCovey's Speed of Trust program is designed to help organizations move faster, make better decisions, and deliver quality. It can be particularly useful for leaders who want to create a culture of high trust, or for learners who want to build credibility, strengthen relationships, or improve collaboration.

Trust is more than a soft, social virtue. It has economic value and truly is the one thing that changes everything. The simple, often overlooked fact is this: work gets done with and through people. The greatest asset and security any leader has is their credibility, which can be earned from others by living the 13 Behaviors of High-Trust Leaders. Leaders who learn to value trust recognize the impact of earning and extending trust with others in a way that will accelerate breakthrough results.

In this session, individuals identify and address “trust gaps” in their personal credibility and relationships at work. Using “real work” situations in the work session, participants will practice the 13 Behaviors of High Trust to develop, restore, and extend trust.
