About this Course

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has introduced a new Formula Calculation Tool, making it essential for superintendents and CFOs to understand how to estimate their funding eligibility accurately. This highly relevant and informative session will help superintendents and CFOs to better understand how to estimate their district’s Average Daily Attendance (ADA), particularly in light of the upcoming impact of Senate Bill 727 on funding. Estimating ADA and recognizing how membership data will influence formula funding starting in FY26 will be vital for financial planning.
