Amy Stroder

Amy Stroder has been with Willard Public Schools for 26 years. She has served as a reading interventionist, middle school ELA and Social Studies teacher, Alternative School Director, and Assistant Special Services Director. This is her third year as the MTSS and Federal Programs Director. Her oversight of special services, alternative school programs, counseling, social work, reading interventionists, MTSS and behavior support staff have provided her a holistic view of intervention programming. All of her service to the students and staff at Willard have been in the area of intervention from the inception of RtI to the newly revamped MTSS system in their district.

Ashley Copeland

Ashley Copley started her career as a K-12 Special Education teacher and high school girls' basketball coach. After experience in the classroom, she became a Special Education Coordinator in a rural school district in southwest Missouri. In 2015 Ashley moved to Nixa Public Schools as Assistant Director for Special Services. In 2020 during the redesign of NPS's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, the position of Director of Student Services was created, and Ashley currently fills the role. She is passionate about advocating for each student and is invested in building relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. Together, we all can achieve more.

This systems approach supports continuous improvement and allows members to identify the offerings that meet their needs, providing a personalized experience.
