For this month’s #TeacherProud Tuesday we are spotlighting these members:

Lovan

Mrs. Lovan brings creativity and an uplifting feeling with her lessons in the Art classroom. She is student-centered in her approach, a great listener, while demonstrating she's a caring, "lovan" person!

Mrs. Taff has been an amazing addition to CMS this year. She is eager to help in whatever capacity needed. She makes her classes enjoyable and fun.

Mrs. Goforth works hard to meet the needs of her students and is always finding new ways to help students learn math concepts. She always has a smile for everyone and is a bright spot in my day!

Thayer

Mandy works hard, many days staying after school for an extended time. She faces challenges with a smile and is always kind to everyone. She cares so much about her students' learning. She is always working hard to create lessons that meet individual needs. She inspires me to keep working harder to help meet my student's goals. Mandy always goes above and beyond for her students and makes sure they have a positive, welcoming learning environment.

Mrs. Walters is one of one! She is truly a remarkable teacher and human. Mrs. Walters goes above and beyond for her students and colleagues. She creates a learning environment that is highly engaging, fun, and challenges students to be the best version of themselves. We are so thankful and blessed to have Mrs. Walters at Willard Central Elementary!

The purpose of the Teacher Proud Tuesday campaign is to lift up and celebrate the profession and those currently serving, to recruit and inspire candidates to consider teaching, and to inform communities, business leaders and policymakers on the importance of public education.
